Does your character have siblings or family members in their age group? Which one are they closest with?

I have an older brother and younger sister. I'm not that close to them, if I had to admit it, but I understand my sister more. My older brother has fully integrated into this lavish, corrupt lifestyle of the bourgeoisie. I don't think he'll see my way of life, really...

What is/was your character’s relationship with their mother like?

She doesn't really respect my life choices, but in retrospect I also didn't respect her as a mother back then... to be fair, she wasn't really around when I was growing up, off partying with other rich people and leaving me with the maids and babysitters, so I don't think she really cared that much.

What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?

I guess he's the only one in my family who sees me eye-to-eye! He actually laughed and told me to come home when I get bored of the adventures ahead when I stole his vehicle to run away. I guess it's because he used to be an adventurous one himself before hitting the goldmine and joined the wealthy class? But I'm good with him and he's good with me, so that's that I guess.

Has your character ever witnessed something that fundamentally changed them? If so, does anyone else know?

Do you really think I would tell you?
Haha no, just kidding! I've seen the ugly sides of society, at least from where I stood then. Seen power plays, politics, money talks, that kind of stuff. It's quite dehumanizing.

On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

Right now I have...
Some spare change, shoestring, bolts and nuts from when I was fixing stuff, notebook and pen I always carry around to write down inspirations, my keys, and a handkerchief.

Does your character have recurring themes in their dreams?

I don't really dream that often, strangely enough! I read in one book that apparently it's a type of sleep called deep sleep. It's when you go to sleep when you're too exhausted and your body is just too focused on getting all the rest it needs that it just doesn't give you dreams at all. Considering I don't sleep at normal hours and duration...

Does your character have recurring themes in their nightmares?

Like I said, I don't really dream that often... but I did have a couple nightmares about being on the receiving end of some of the things the wealthy are capable of doing.

Has your character ever fired a gun? If so, what was their first target?

Yeah, I think I was around seven years old when my father took me out to hunt deer for the first time. I missed and hit a tree instead, though.

Is your character’s current socioeconomic status different than it was when they were growing up?

Obviously! I grew up in a wealthy family. Nouveau riche, high social status, shady relations left and right, that sort of thing. Now I have nothing in my pockets other than trash, no place to call home other than my illegally-acquired workshop, and not much in my wallet. I won't have it any other way though.

Does your character feel more comfortable with more clothing, or with less clothing?

Really it just depends on the situation... I'm normally dressed in layers of clothing but that's just for protection mostly.

In what situation was your character the most afraid they’ve ever been?

I still haven't found the answer to this question, but I'm still young. Got my whole life ahead of me to get the answer to this question.

In what situation was your character the most calm they’ve ever been?

Are you insinuating that I'm not calm the other times? Ah, well! I'm actually really calm whenever my family forced me to go to one of those rich people parties or banquets. But that's mostly because I'm dying inside and have mentally checked out.

Is your character bothered by the sight of blood? If so, in what way?

Not really. What might bother me is the cause.

Does your character remember names or faces easier?

Definitely faces! I can remember visuals easily but remembering names are just terrible... catch me trying to buy trinkets and referring to them as "the thing". If I have a penny for every single time I do that I'll be richer than my family.

Is your character preoccupied with money or material possession? Why or why not?

The only thing I care about in life is the experience! You can have all the money and stuff in the world and still not feel alive. There's nothing to life if you don't go out and do stuff, experience new things! Live life without regret, you know!
...also, wealth and material possessions change you. It changes your ideologies, your ideals, who you are as a person. Negatively, most of the time. I try not to be like that.

Which does your character idealize most: happiness or success?

I'd say my happiness comes from the success of my ideas and inventions, but there's also lots of things in life that can bring me joy! Say, doing experiments, messing around with various people, teasing this one guy in particular and watching his face change... so I'll say happiness is the most important.

What was your character’s favorite toy as a child?

They gave me a bunch of toys to play with when I was a kid, but my favorite thing to do was to break them all down and rearrange them into different, new toys!

Is your character more likely to admire wisdom, or ambition in others?

Neither matters if you have bad intentions.

What is your character’s biggest relationship flaw? Has this flaw destroyed relationships for them before?

I kinda rarely think of consequences or those sort of stuff, how doing one thing might affect my relationship with others... apparently Circe didn't like me leaving the family, never knew or realized my sister would feel so. I'd say that's quite my biggest flaw - not really thinking of others' feelings or thoughts.

In what ways does your character compare themselves to others? Do they do this for the sake of self validation, or self-criticism?

There's no one to compare myself to, because I'm perfect!
...I'm joking, of course! Everyone is different. No need to compare different parameters.

If something tragic or negative happens to your character, do they believe they may have caused or deserved it, or are they quick to blame others?

I just... see what might cause the problem... and blame it on that... The cause of the problem might be me, and admitting guilt isn't hard.

What does your character like in other people?

Spontaneity! Adventurous! Just people I can mess with and get amazing reactions from! Interesting people! Inspiring people!

What does your character dislike in other people?

Boringness and selfishly big egos.

How quick is your character to trust someone else?

It might look like I trust people easily because I talk so easily to others but I don't trust people that easily. I trust my gut on this one.

How quick is your character to suspect someone else? Does this change if they are close with that person?

I trust my gut feelings! I naturally suspect people who I feel are suspicious, no closeness can change that!

How does your character behave around children?

I like playing with them! I'm still a child myself aren't I?

How does your character normally deal with confrontation?

They cross me I'll come at them. They come for me I'll get back at them. I'm not a violent guy but I'm not a silent one either.

How quick or slow is your character to resort to physical violence in a confrontation?

Not unless the other person starts throwing hands, then I'll do so myself.

What did your character dream of being or doing as a child? Did that dream come true?

I just wanted to be free and now I am, so I guess I've achieved my lifelong dreams!

What does your character find repulsive or disgusting?

I think you know by now that I find whatever's going on in the back door of the upper class society disgusting.

Describe a scenario in which your character feels most comfortable.

I find nighttime comfortable. That, coupled with a good music and warm drink, is heaven to me. I also find waltzes to be calming, and I had a recent scenario of that, one session that made me feel quite good after. It's a good feeling.

Describe a scenario in which your character feels most uncomfortable.

Anything that would require me to pretend like I'm okay with things that are not okay.
Cough, rich people banquets.

In the face of criticism, is your character defensive, self-deprecating, or willing to improve?

What is there to criticize about me?
Well, a lot! I'll listen to them all but improving myself is gonna be a thing I decide for myself!

Is your character more likely to keep trying a solution/method that didn’t work the first time, or immediately move on to a different solution/method?

Try a new one, of course! Why would you dwell on something that doesn't work when there are plenty of methods to solve the problem?

How does your character behave around people they like?

Well, for starters I'll talk to them a lot, and pester them with my presence!

How does your character behave around people they dislike?

I generally avoid them unless they try to start something with me, then I'll confront them.

Is your character more concerned with defending their honor, or protecting their status?

I don't care about either! I just wanna do things I wanna do!

Is your character more likely to remove a problem/threat, or remove themselves from a problem/threat?

I'll take out the problem easy!

Has your character ever been bitten by an animal? How were they affected (or unaffected)?

I was attacked by a goose once! Was my fault for taunting it, but still!

How does your character treat people in service jobs?

I try to be nice to them because I've seen how terribly people like my mother treats them.

Does your character feel that they deserve to have what they want, whether it be material or abstract, or do they feel they must earn it first?

If you really want it you'll do anything to get it, right?

Has your character ever had a parental figure who was not related to them?

I'm not sure... I was brought up mostly by my maids and babysitters and governess and tutor but it wasn't like they were substitute parents to me, they were just people my parents paid to take care of me.

Has your character ever had a dependent figure who was not related to them?

I'm an independent guy!
It's not like anyone needs me but for my status or my skills anyway!

How easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” Can they say it without meaning it?

I've not had the chance to test it out, but I'm sure it will come sooner or later and I'll find out the answer to this question!

What does your character believe will happen to them after they die? Does this belief scare them?

It's just nothingness, right? I don't really know how I feel about that, but I'd rather not think of it too much! I hope I don't get to feel it soon!
